Silver meat pin, S. Lamberts, Zutphen, ca. 1750

Silver meat pin made by silversmith Salomon Lamberts from Zutphen. He was active from 1735 to 1768.

He was born in Amsterdam in 1709 and married Theodora Coolhaas in 1734. In that year he also received the grand burghership of Zutphen.

The meat pin is inspected with the master mark SL.
