Sometimes it can happen that the order does not completely meet your wishes. That is unfortunate but no problem to exchange or return it within 14 days after receipt. What you have to do is return the article including invoice and preferably in the same packaging to:

The product can only be returned unused and in original packaging. Damaged or used items will be refused and returned.
The entrepreneur shall reimburse all payments made by the consumer, including any delivery costs charged by the entrepreneur for the returned product, without delay but within 14 days following the day on which the consumer reports the withdrawal. Unless the entrepreneur offers to collect the product himself, he may wait with reimbursement until he has received the product or until the consumer proves that he has returned the product, whichever is the earlier. The entrepreneur shall use the same payment method that the consumer used for reimbursement, unless the consumer agrees to another method. The reimbursement is free of charge for the consumer.
The costs of a return shipment are for your own account . We advise to send the package by registered mail. Products that are made on request cannot be exchanged or returned. After receipt of the return package, the amount will be refunded to the bank account/credit card within 14 working days.
