Silver fish serving spoon with bone handle, made by the silversmith JM van Kempen from Utrecht / Voorschoten. He was active from 1835 to 1858.

The fish serving spoon is beautifully engraved and openwork in the Biedermeier style.

Hallmarked with master hallmark VK74, second fineness hallmark, Minerva head and date letter L for 1845.

In good condition.
