Silver tobacco box, W. de Pleyt / Schoonhoven, 19th century

Silver tobacco box made by the silversmith W. de Pleyt from Schoonhoven. Active from 1851 to 1878.

The tobacco box is marked with master mark WP95 and the miner box head.

A farm with cows is engraved on the front of the tobacco box.

The tobacco box has a rack on the inside to hold cigars.

The box is in good used condition.
