Silver cake server with bone handle, G. van Roosmalen, Den Bosch, 1842

Silver cake server with a bone handle, made by silversmith G. van Roosmalen from 's-Hertogenbosch. He worked from 1814 to 1844.

The scoop is beautifully engraved in the Biedermeier style with floral and curl motifs.

Hallmarked with master mark *VR, second fineness mark, Minerva head and date letter H for 1842.

In good condition.
