Frisian silver sugar table with an oval contoured top made by Age Binses Looxma (Voet 532) from Sneek. This silversmith was active from 1720 to 1759.
Age Binses Looxma was also mayor and from 1735 to 1752 inspector general of Friesland.
The table is provided with curl motifs. The table top is hinged on a hollow cylinder, see also the photos. Curled legs with c volutes and cups are attached under the cylinder.
The sugar table is inspected with the master mark cloverleaf. In addition,the tax mark dolphin.
