Silver sugar spoon, Germany, 19th century

Silver sugar spoon with bone handle. The spoon comes from Germany and is marked 13 Loth for a silver content of 813/1000. The spoon has also been approved with the unicorn or unicorn from Schwäbisch Gmünd. Dating around 1850.

The spreading spoon has been inspected in the container with the tax approval V for unusually large works. This hallmark was used between 1813-1893.

The spoon is dated approximately 1850.
