An elegant silver sugar spoon with a beautiful agate handle , crafted by Schoonhoven silversmith Gerrit van der Dussen . This silversmith worked from 1867 to 1912 and is known for his meticulous and high-quality silverwork.

The spoon is hallmarked with the sword for second-grade silver (835/1000) and the maker's mark GD109 , which can be attributed to Gerrit van der Dussen of Schoonhoven . The combination of silver with a natural agate handle is characteristic of luxury silverware from the late 19th and early 20th centuries.

At approximately 14cm in length and weighing 16g , this is a finely crafted and easy-to-handle piece, suitable for both use and collection.
