Silver spreading spoon with an openwork sawn tray, made by Regnerus Elgersma (Voet B111) from Leeuwarden. Active from about 1750 to 1774.

The spoon has a putti as a crown. The container has a number of small cracks due to the fine sawing. (see pictures)

The spoon has been hallmarked with the RE master mark and a dolphin tax mark.

Weight: 25.2 grams. Dimensions: 7 x 12 cm.
