Heavy Dutch silver soup spoon with pearl rim with various pseudo-marks.
According to KA Citroen, pseudo-mark Willem Diemont #76, year letter Y #380, city mark Amsterdam 1801 # 521 and master mark 3 diamonds # 477/478.
So it is a silver soup spoon that was made later and hallmarked with older hallmarks to give the spoon an older look. In the meantime these hallmarks have also become antique again.
