Silver snuff box decorated with flower and curlicue motifs. The snuff box (gilded on the inside) is marked 13 Lot (= silver 812.5), also marked with the Austrian official hallmark, the so-called Radelphunze = dated 1845.
The snuff box has been further marked with master mark CS, which stands for Christian Sander. Active from 1819 to 1859. The master died in 1874 (86 years old).
