Silver shoe buckle, C. Murk, Schoonhoven, 1886

19th^​ Century silver shoe buckle by the silversmith C. Murk from Schoonhoven. This silversmith was active from 1882 to 1897.

The buckle is marked with the second grade hallmark, Minerva head M for Schoonhoven, date letter B for 1886 and master mark CM.

The iron interior is still present, which is quite rare.
