Early silver cream spoon with a pear-shaped bowl, attributed to the silversmith Anne Heerkes (Voet 314), active in Bolsward from 1617 to ca. 1670.

He was mayor and recipient of the florin. His gravestone can be found in the Martini Church.

The cream spoon has a putto and a shield on the handle.

The spoon is hallmarked with the master mark AH in monogram with 3 points.

The bowl is beautifully embossed with a shell-shaped image.

In good condition.
