Silver travel cutlery consisting of a fork and a knife with silver handles. The travel cutlery is in a sheath of rayskin.
Both silver handles are decorated with a band of decorations showing a person hunting and a person fishing.
The handles are crowned with a rider on horseback.
The case has a silver frame.
The silver has no hallmarks, except for a relatively modern tax mark. The blade of the knife is hallmarked with the hallmark of Gouda (bird above a star). The star is the mark of the Gouda knife makers after the coat of arms and motto of Gouda. The last knife maker in Gouda stopped in 1752.
The awl is missing from the travel cutlery.

Both the fork and the knife are engraved with the owner's initials: AH.
A set like this is not often offered on the market.
