Silver pipe stove, MH Malchair, Maastricht, 1853

Large silver pipe stove on wooden base, made by silversmith MH Malchair from Maastricht. Active from 1835 to 1859.

The pipe stove is marked with master mark MM under heart, second content mark, Minerva cup and date letter T for 1853.

The pipe stove is slightly out of plumb, probably due to a fall.

Weight: 435.8 grams. Dimensions: 11 cm high and diameter 15 cm.
