Silver peppermint box, JD Wendels, Schoonhoven, 1906

Silver peppermint box with a star-shaped decoration on the lid.

The box was made by the silversmith JD Wendels from Schoonhoven, who worked from 1880 to 1929.

Hallmarked with master hallmark WR80, second fineness hallmark, year letter w of 1906 and Minerva head.

The initials HC vd V. are engraved in the box.
