Silver peppermint box, G. Wouda, Drachten, 1850

Silver peppermint box with a beautiful decoration on both the lid and the bottom.

The box was made by the silversmith G. Wouda from Drachten, who worked from 1842 to 1877.

Marked with master mark GW18, second fineness mark, year letter Q of 1850 and Minerva head.

Weight: 28.9 grams. Dimensions: 2 x 5.5 cm.
