Silver peppermint box, A. van den Kieboom, Breda, 1839

Silver peppermint box with a beautiful wave motif on both the lid and the bottom.

The box was probably made by the silversmith A. van den Kieboom from Breda, who worked from 1829 to 1852.

Hallmarked with master hallmark AK. second fineness hallmark, year letter E of 1839 and Minerva head.

Weight: 28.1 grams. Dimensions: 2 x 4.7 cm.
