A magnificent, large antique silver wet fruit spoon with a richly openwork bowl and an elegantly engraved handle, crafted by the renowned silversmith A.A.G. Kooiman from Schoonhoven.
This refined spoon is a beautiful example of Dutch silverwork from the late 19th century. The generous bowl features a finely meshed openwork pattern (perfect for serving wet fruit or compote, allowing excess juice to drain), while the handle transitions from a twisted motif to a beautifully hand-engraved floral pattern.
