Silver needle case, Wed. van Halteren, Schoonhoven (?), 19th century

Silver needle case with a snake draped around the clasp. Possibly made by Wed. van Halteren (WH33) from Schoonhoven. Active from 1863 to 1895.

The needle case is further decorated with flowers and curl motifs and the two parts can be unscrewed from each other.

Marked with the sword for at least 2nd grade silver.
