Silver miniature faucet pot with 3 taps, attributed to Theodorus Huigen from Harlingen. Active from 1682 to 1710.

This exceptionally rare faucet pot has a rounded body and stands on 3 scroll feet. Furthermore, the pot has 2 curled handles. This model was only made at the end of the 17th century, beginning of the 18th century.

The miniature is marked with the maker's mark of Theodorus Huigen or Huygen from Harlingen. This maker's mark of two weasels one above the other was used by him until 1694. (Voet 1974 - 446, p. 103) We can therefore date the pot between 1682 and 1694.

The pot also bears the tax mark "bijltje" (little axe).

The lid is removable.

The miniature is in excellent condition.

Weight: 26.5 grams. Dimensions: 3 x 5.5 cm.
