18 ^th Century silver knife handle with steel blade. Crowned with a dog as a sign of loyalty.

The knife handle has not been marked, but has the inscription: Johannes Beenes 1784.

The silver knife handle has a beautifully engraved farm scene with cows on one side and a carriage and horse on the other.

The steel blade is original and belongs to the knife handle.
