Silver hood set, W. Hutten & Sons, Birmingham, 1899

Silver hairdressing set consisting of 2 brushes and a comb with beautiful curling motifs stamped into the silver.

The silver of the brushes was made by William Hutton & Sons Ltd from Birmingham, the comb has been hallmarked with the master hallmark of William Devenport from Birmingham.

Further marked with the year letters: Z: 1899, A: 1900 and G: 1906, walking lion for sterling silver and city hallmark anchor for Birmingham.

The two brushes are in good condition, the silver of the comb consists of two separate parts,
