Silver men's chatelaine, Fa. Niekerk, Schoonhoven, 41 cm.

Silver men's chatelaine or pocket watch chain made by the Niekerk company from Schoonhoven.

The chatelaine is made up of 4 jasseron chains and a middle piece with a basket on it. The bottom of the chatelaine consists of 5 jasseron chains with two signets or cachets with a cross and a watch key in the middle.

The chatelaine is provided with the master hallmark crown N 10 of the fa. Niekerk from Schoonhoven. This master hallmark was used from 1970 to 1997. Further hallmarked with the sword 835 for 2nd grade silver.
