Silver occasional spoon, WJ Dumerniet, Leeuwarden, 20th century

Frisian silver birth spoon with beautifully decorated old city weighing house of Leeuwarden in the container. The spoon was made by the silversmith WJ Dumerniet, who worked from 1928 to 1937.

The spoon is marked with the WDI master mark, second quality mark, miner's head and year letter S for 1928.

The spoon has the inscription: Anneke Augusta van Laar Geb. in Weesp February 24, 1932.

The spoon is in excellent condition.
