Silver Trouser Buttons, Samson and Delilah, 18th Century

Silver trouser buttons with a biblical representation. This is the rare variant of Samson and Delilah.

The trouser buttons are marked with the crowned O, which was used before 1807 as a sign of 'old'. Struck on domestic silver objects that were present in the country before 1 July 1807.

The buttons have a diameter of: 5 cm.
