Silver brandy bowl, A. Wijngaarden / Leeuwarden, 1773

Frisian silver brandy bowl with carved decor of deer and dogs.

Made by the silversmith Allert Wijngaarden (Voet B 105) in the year 1773 (year letter V). This silversmith worked from 1748.

The brandy bowl has a master hallmark, year letter, city hallmark of Leeuwarden and tax hallmark.

The brandy bowl has a crack on both sides next to the handles.
