The evangelists Matthew (with an angel) and Mark (with a lion) are depicted on both side pieces.
The bracelet has been hallmarked with the 2nd quality hallmark, master hallmark K5 for J. Kooiman Azn from Schoonhoven, active from 1837-1853. Finally, the bracelet is marked with the year letter o for 1848.
