Cast silver purse clasp, made by the silversmith Samuel Strik from Amsterdam. Active from 1780 to 1811. He was a small worker and specialized in purse clasps and small tableware.
The bracket is decorated with Empire style decorations.
Hallmarked with the master mark SS, City mark Amsterdam and date letter w for 1805.
