Silver purse bracket with a white purse on a silver jasseron chain. The fabric is of a later date than the silver purse bracket.
This has a typical Frisian decoration with an openwork silver child hugging a dog. On the other side a basket with flowers.
The bracket has been approved with GW, the master quality mark of G. Wouda from Drachten. He was active from 1819 to 1835. Furthermore marked with the year letter J of 1818 (slightly earlier than the start date stated for him). Finally, the second quality mark.
Opening works by pressing the two press studs on both sides together.
