Knife with silver handle in rye leather sheath, Amsterdam (?), 18th century

^18th century silver knife with band decoration and a dog (sign of loyalty) as a crowning achievement.

The blade has been marked with a worn mark. Most of the knives were made in Amsterdam in the 18th century. The dog has been inspected with the sword.

The dog was added later (in the ^19th century) in the style of the image on the knife, these match. The knife is in a rye leather sheath with silver fittings. This is uninspected.

The steel blade is original and belongs to the original knife.
