This concerns a funeral castle with a decoration of forget-me-nots with seed pearls and a monogram with the initials EMH. This concerns Evert Martens Hettinga, who died in Langweer on 25-12-1866 at the age of 74.
Dating of the castle, probably 1867.
The gold clasp measures 3 x 3.5 cm and is marked with the lion's head for 18 carat gold.
