Silver pastry fork and teaspoon, both with a ship as a crowning feature.
Both are hallmarked with pseudo hallmarks, including the Amsterdam city hallmark. In the 19th century this was often used to give the silver an older appearance. Also hallmarked with the sword for 2nd grade silver.
On the bowl of the spoon is a depiction of a farmer with milk buckets.
