Cutlery with silver lion handles, 18th century

^18th Century cast handles with a lion holding a shield. On the shield a faded stipple engraving can still be seen.

The handles are heavy and solid and in excellent condition. The handles are not inspected.

The steel blade is provided with the initials PHE or PHF. Probably a piece of home industry. Furthermore, a handle is provided with the initials IW.

The fork was added later. A complete set, not often offered.
