Bible with silver clasps, C. Capoen, Schoonhoven, 1910

19th-century Bible from the publisher: Dutch Bible Company in Amsterdam, J. Brandt and son, in Haarlem, Johannes Enschede and sons, from 1878.

The silver locks were made by C. Capoen (CC58) from Schoonhoven, who worked from 1900 to 1911.

The silver locks are hallmarked with the second grade hallmark, Minerva head of Schoonhoven and date letter A for 1910.
