19th Century Bible from the publisher: Dutch Bible Company in Amsterdam, J. Brandt and son, the heirs Wed. FG under de Linden, N. De Gijselaar PZ and P. Proost in Haarlem, Johannes Enschede and sons from 1837.
The Bible has 2 silver clasps in Biedermeier style and is bound in red morocco leather with gold print.
The Bible has a beautiful engraving.
The silver clasps are hallmarked with the second grade hallmark, miner's head and year letter Z for 1859.
The master's mark has probably been removed from the connecting pieces under the endpaper and is therefore invisible
The Bible is in used condition, one extension is missing a corner. See also the photos.
