Bible with silver locks, 18th century

^18th Century Bible from the publisher NT Gravius, J. Brandt, FG onder de Linden and P. den Hengst from 1791.

The silver locks are engraved on the inside with the initials JH and the year 1813.

The mutineers, attachments and cleats are equipped with putti's or child figures in empire style.

The silver has not been hallmarked.

Both covers are virtually separate from the Bible. One is stuck with tape.

The Bible is in poor condition, but complete. Silver locks are also intact.
