Very beautiful antique silver 'broekstukken' (trouser pieces), worn as part of the Zeeland traditional costume of Walcheren. These characteristic silver clothing accessories formed an important and visible part of the traditional men's costume in Zeeland and are today beloved collector's items within Dutch cultural-historical heritage.

The 'broekstukken' are richly decorated with an engraved edge, surrounded by a rope edge, and feature a coat of arms on the front. At the back, they are interconnected by an elliptical ring, as is customary for this type of traditional costume jewelry.
