Silver knife handle, K. de Graaff, Alkmaar, 18th century.

^18th century silver knife handle with floral decoration. The knife handle is crowned with a rider on horseback.

The knife handle has been hallmarked by Klaas de Graaff from Alkmaar. The year letter F is also applied for 1765

There is a small crack of 8 mm at the bottom of the handle. The blade is missing, but this could be put back in by a silversmith.

Length of the handle is: 12 cm. Weight: 67 grams.
